Customer Service Representative

Job Overview:

We are hiring a Customer Service Professional to provide excellent customer service through inbound and outbound calls. This role involves assisting customers with inquiries, processing payments, scheduling appointments, maintaining accurate records, and resolving account concerns.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls.
• Assist customers with account, billing, and service inquiries.
• Process customer payments and update account records.
• Schedule service appointments and callbacks.
• Document customer interactions accurately.
• Meet individual and team performance goals.

Requirements:

• Senior High school graduate
• At least 1 year of BPO customer service experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong customer service, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
