Customer Service Representative

Reachly Systems is hiring a Customer Service Representative to connect Inland Empire communities with essential connectivity resources at wireless service enrollment events. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be evaluated on your ability to communicate clearly, listen with intention, and earn trust through authentic, one-on-one interaction. We put customer experience at the center of what we do, so we're looking for someone genuinely motivated to help underserved individuals access services that make a real difference in their daily lives.

What a Customer Service Representative Does for the Community:

• Greet and support customers at TruConnect/Lifeline enrollment events
• Act as a knowledgeable, customer-facing representative of the Lifeline program
• Walk individuals through enrollment step-by-step with patience and clarity
• Break down program benefits, eligibility, and next steps into simple, easy-to-follow terms
• Establish trust and rapport across a wide range of community members
• Field questions and resolve basic concerns during the enrollment process
• Keep customer information accurate, complete, and properly documented
• Foster a welcoming, respectful atmosphere at every event

Pay: $900.00 - $1,300.00 per week
