Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a customer-focused Customer Service Representative to assist international customers with their online shopping needs. The role involves handling customer inquiries, resolving concerns, providing order assistance, and ensuring a positive shopping experience through professional and timely support.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with orders, payments, deliveries, returns, refunds, and product concerns.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.
• Provide accurate information about products, promotions, policies, and order status.
• Handle complaints professionally and escalate complex concerns when necessary.
• Document customer interactions and update records accurately.
• Coordinate with relevant teams regarding order and delivery concerns.
• Meet established customer service, quality, and productivity targets.
• Maintain professionalism when communicating with international customers.

Qualifications

• With customer service, BPO, e-commerce, retail, or related experience is preferred.

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.

• Computer literate and comfortable using online platforms and customer service tools.

• Can multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Willing to work onsite or based on the required work arrangement.
