Champion Home Services in Bulverde, Texas has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Representative. This a full time paying $18.50-$25.00 per hour with various schedule options!

What You Will Do

• Handle inbound customer service calls including, but not limited to:
• Booking appointments
• Understanding general priority booking knowledge
• Providing tech ETA
• Deescalating customer concerns
• Understating field availability for effective booking
• Handle text and chat engagements with the customers
• Call on customer list to offer promotions
• Creating and updating customer profiles

• Previous customer service or call center experience
• Strong attention to details
• Conscientious team player
• Honesty, integrity, and a good attitude
• Clear background check and drug screen
• Industry and ServiceTitan experience preferred
