Customer Service Representative | On-site in Makati City

Job Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and professionally to users' inquiries regarding the game, app features, account concerns, and technical issues.
• Assist users with troubleshooting and resolving gameplay and account-related concerns.
• Provide clear guidance on game features, functionality, and available in-app content.
• Accurately document customer interactions and concerns using the designated support system.
• Coordinate with internal teams, including Product, Development, and Quality Assurance, to escalate and resolve complex issues.
• Monitor customer feedback and identify recurring concerns or trends that may help improve the overall user experience.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of game features, updates, and product changes.
• Contribute to improving customer support procedures, FAQs, and other support resources.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in the gaming, mobile app, or technology industry.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in a fast-paced environment.
• Patient, empathetic, and professional when handling customer concerns.
• Basic technical knowledge and proficiency in using customer support tools and software.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work in shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays.
