Salary Range: $12,000.00 - $18,000.00 per year

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Process customer policy change requests.
• Secure all Trailing Documents from customers.
• Complete Evidence of Insurance requests.
• Document each customer contact in eAgent.
• Take premium payments from customers.
• Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.
• Treat each customer contact as a cross-selling opportunity, including financial products.
• Verify phone numbers, addresses, and email addresses for each customer contact and update customer information accordingly.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support.
• Be outstanding at relationship building.
