Customer Service Representative

Duties & Responsibilities :-

1. Daily orders processing (Orders received through Portal / Email / Phone / Whatsapp / Sales and any other channels)
2. Handle all incoming phone calls, liaise with sales and warehouse when necessary.
3. Process and invoice orders including consignment, blanket, home patient, backorder, virtual and any other order types as required.
4. Check report and manage backorders liaising with customers to ensure prompt release.
5. Process Trade Return (CO) and Trade Exchange (SX) after approval from the respective sales managers.
6. Cancel or update CO, SX and SO when necessary.
7. Liaise with the Marketing Manager on pricing matters prior to issuance of debit/credit adjustments.
8. Check the report and follow up on all order rejections.
9. Handle Customer Complaints and Customer Satisfaction Survey.
10. Follow up with Transport Team on delivery status when necessary.
11. Perform pricing maintenance
12. Obtain Principal advise whenever there is pricing discrepancies and follow up on pricing maintenance.
13. Provide administrative support when necessary (e.g Filling of P.O.s, documents etc).
14. Follow up all On Hold orders (eg MH, MN, RI) daily.

Requirements :-

1. Secondary/Diploma/Degree
2. Preferably with at least 1 year of customer service or order processing experiences
3. Customer-orientated, willing to learn and can work in a fast-paced environment.
4. Pleasant personality with good interpersonal and communication skills.
5. A team player with positive service mindset and meticulous.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office application.
