客戶服務員/Customer Service Representative

About the role

You will be responsible for answering customer enquiry calls and hotlines, providing friendly responses to customer enquiries related to further education and employment services, recording customer needs and assisting with follow-up service processes, and handling daily administrative support work related to customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Answer customer enquiry calls and hotlines
• Provide friendly responses to customer enquiries related to further education and employment services
• Record customer needs and assist with follow-up service processes
• Handle daily administrative support work related to customer service

About you

• HKDSE or above educational level
• Good Cantonese, good Mandarin, with Chinese and English reading and writing abilities
• Good communication skills, clear and polite speech, basic computer operation and Chinese typing skills
• Customer service or telephone reception experience preferred (positive attitude applicants also welcome)
