Blue Ridge Designs LLC is seeking an experienced, organized, and dependable Customer Service Representative to join our fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and computer data entry
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Professional email and telephone etiquette
• Strong active-listening and comprehension skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers by phone and email regarding products, services, and orders
• Accurately enter, update, and cancel customer orders
• Respond to customer questions, concerns, and requests
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues
• Follow up to ensure requested changes and resolutions are completed
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, inquiries, and actions taken

We’re looking for someone who can listen, communicate, stay organized, and take ownership of customer needs from start to finish.

Pay: From $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
