Job Description – Customer Care Representative

Position: Customer Care Representative/Sr. Customer Care Representative (CCR/Sr. CCR)
Process: Tech/Finance/Sales/Travel Service
Experience: 6 Months to 3 Years
Job Type: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries and concerns through calls, emails, chat, or other communication channels.
• Provide accurate and timely resolutions while maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach.
• Understand customer requirements and offer appropriate solutions.
• Escalate complex issues to the concerned team when required.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
• Meet defined performance targets related to quality, productivity, customer satisfaction, and resolution.
• Follow company policies, process guidelines, and service standards.
• Stay updated with process, product, and system knowledge.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 6 months to a maximum of 3 years of experience in BPO, Customer Service, or Customer Support.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to navigate multiple systems.
• Good listening skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts, depending on business requirements.
• Positive attitude and ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Qualification: HSC / Graduate / Undergraduate, as per process requirements.
