Customer service Representative

We are looking for a friendly, patient, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, resolving enquiries and complaints, and ensuring a positive customer experience across all communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, orders, and company policies.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints professionally and promptly.
• Process customer orders, requests, refunds, and other service-related issues.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns have been properly resolved.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
