• Ensure customer satisfaction by following quality standards
• Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution when required

Requirements

• Freshers and candidates with a minimum of 1 year of experience can apply
• Any Graduate or Undergraduate
• Excellent spoken English skills are mandatory
• Comfortable working in day shift
• Strong communication and active listening skills
• Basic computer knowledge required
