Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls, messages & customer queries
- Respond to Instagram & WhatsApp DMs promptly
- Manage order-related concerns & coordinate with operations
- Maintain response logs & track customer feedback
- Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience
Requirements - Strong written & verbal communication skills
- Customer service / e-commerce experience preferred
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-focused, organized & detail-oriented
