CUSTOMER REPRESENTATIVE

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries across WhatsApp, social media, email, and other platforms.
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
• Follow up with leads, existing customers, and pending enquiries.
• Attend to and resolve customer complaints and requests.
• Provide accurate information on travel packages, bookings, payments, and services.
• Maintain excellent customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Keep proper records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
• Work closely with the Travel and Operations teams to resolve customer issues.
• Ensure timely and professional responses to all customer enquiries.
• Support other customer service activities as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc.) in any relevant field is required.
• Previous experience in customer service or a related role is an added advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle multiple customer enquiries and follow-ups effectively.
• Proficiency in using WhatsApp, social media platforms, email, and basic computer applications.
• Must be professional, responsive, patient, and customer-focused.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₦100,000.00 - ₦150,000.00 per month
