Duties

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via multi-line phone systems, ensuring clear and courteous communication.
• Manage front desk responsibilities including greeting visitors, answering calls, and directing clients efficiently.
• Utilize Microsoft Office suite, spreadsheets, and productivity software to document customer interactions, update records, and track issues accurately.
• Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy using computer literacy skills, including maintaining filing systems and updating client information.
• Assist with office management duties such as calendar management, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings.
• Provide support for client communication by preparing Word documents, reports, and correspondence as needed.
• Demonstrate technical proficiency in using QuickBooks for invoicing or billing processes when required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer service or front desk roles with strong phone etiquette and organizational skills.
• Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively.
• Office experience including clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and calendar management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) and familiarity with spreadsheets and productivity software.
• Strong computer skills with the ability to quickly adapt to new software or technical tools.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
• Previous experience with office management or administrative support roles is preferred but not required.

Pay: $24.25 - $29.20 per hour
