Job Description

Rushed Passport is hiring a full time Work From Home Customer Support Representative to assist customers with expedited passport services. We are looking for someone professional, organized, reliable, and comfortable speaking with customers over phone, email, and text.

This is a fast paced position that requires strong communication skills and prior office experience.

Requirements

• Previous office or administrative experience required
• Strong phone and customer service skills
• Comfortable using computers and multiple systems at once
• Ability to work independently from home
• Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
• Detail oriented and organized
• Must be dependable and punctual

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls, emails, and text messages
• Assist customers with passport application questions
• Review documents and provide basic guidance
• Follow up with customers regarding application status
• Maintain professionalism and empathy with customers during urgent travel situations
