Duties

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
• Assist customers with product information, order processing, and issue resolution to ensure satisfaction
• Conduct data entry accurately to update customer records and transaction details in the system
• Utilize analysis skills to identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions or upgrades through upselling techniques
• Support multilingual communication by fluently speaking English and Spanish, ensuring clear understanding across diverse audiences
• Engage in active listening to understand customer concerns and provide effective resolutions or escalate issues when necessary
• Promote additional products or services through persuasive upselling strategies to enhance customer experience and increase sales

Experience

• Proven experience in customer service roles, preferably within sales or support environments
• Strong data entry skills with attention to detail for maintaining accurate records
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly desirable to serve a diverse client base effectively
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally
• Demonstrated analysis skills to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Experience in upselling or cross-selling products/services is a plus
• Familiarity with phone etiquette standards and handling multiple channels of communication effectively

Pay: $15.00-$29.33 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
