About the Role

Refspecs is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join our Christchurch branch in a full-time Customer Services role. In this position, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients within the air conditioning and refrigeration industry.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Handling customer enquiries and requests via phone, email, and in-person interactions
• Providing technical support and advice on Refspecs products and services
• Processing orders, invoices, and completing administrative tasks to ensure a smooth customer experience
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records within our customer relationship management (CRM) system
• Collaborating with the wider team to identify and implement process improvements
• Representing Refspecs in a professional and courteous manner at all times
• Assisting with additional company tasks including health and safety, stock management, and general wider company support
• Supporting warehouse operations where required, including lifting and moving stock

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in a customer service or client-facing role, preferably within the air conditioning or refrigeration industry.
• Excellent problem-solving, critical-thinking and communication skills
• Proficiency with computer systems and software
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently
• A positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to contribute to the wider success of the business
• A current New Zealand driver license
• A forklift license is preferred, or willingness to obtain one
