Key Responsibilities

• Process Orders: Enter sales orders received from email, phone, and portals accurately and quickly.
• Verify Data: Check pricing, discounts, shipping terms, and item numbers before approval.
• Coordinate Shipping: Work with the warehouse and logistics teams to track delivery dates.
• Resolve Issues: Answer customer calls, chats, and emails quickly and politely.
• Troubleshoot: Fix complex client complaints with smart solutions.
• Purchasing: Purchasing assistance as needed along with following up with Suppliers on Pricing/Delivery.
• Keep Records: Keep customer data and order statuses up to date in the database.
• Build Trust: Turn unhappy customers into loyal brand fans.
• Team Support: Share helpful feedback with other company departments.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: 2 to 4 years of order entry or customer service experience.
• Software Skills: Strong knowledge of Epicor - Prophet 21 enterprise system and Microsoft Office.
• Tech Skills: Fast typing speed and easy use of help-desk software.
• Communication: Clear verbal and written skills to deal with clients and staff.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to spot mistakes in large sets of data.
• Problem Solving: Ability to think fast and make good choices.
• Patience: Calm and kind attitude during stressful moments.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
