About the Position

Black Book Executives Group is seeking a friendly, dependable, and people-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our San Antonio team.

This is an entry-level, in-person opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, creating positive experiences, and working as part of a professional team. The Customer Service Representative will assist guests and clients, provide information, and help ensure a smooth and welcoming experience during daily operations and events.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
• Provide helpful information about scheduled activities, services, and event details.
• Assist guests with questions and direct them to the appropriate team member when needed.
• Help resolve routine customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Support a positive and welcoming customer experience.
• Assist with guest check-in and on-site event activities when needed.

Requirements:

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service, hospitality, retail, or event experience is a plus but not required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Friendly, professional, and approachable personality.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Dependable and punctual.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
