Customer Service Representative

We’re growing our Manchester team and looking for a dynamic Customer Service Representative who brings strong communication skills, ambition, and a hands-on approach to driving face-to-face customer engagement. You’ll support on-site sales acquisition efforts across live pop-ups, promotional venues, and high-footfall locations throughout the city while managing customer account sign-ups.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Assisting with interactive promotional setups and customer support stands across Manchester
• Participating in daily on-site briefings, target setting, pitch workshops, and team huddles
• Engaging directly with prospective buyers to resolve inquiries, present brand offerings, and close sales
• Processing digital customer registrations, onboardings, and account setups on the spot
• Tracking daily conversion benchmarks, evaluating response rates, and refining pitch strategies
• Collaborating with team members to hit weekly and monthly acquisition targets

The Person We’re Looking For

• Confident, persuasive communicator who excels in direct engagement and customer care
• Target-driven, ambitious, and eager to launch an entry-level commercial career
• Highly organized, dependable, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments
• Available to work full-time on-site across Manchester locations

No prior experience required. Experience in retail, hospitality, contact centers, or office support is welcome, but not essential—we provide comprehensive paid onboarding and sales training from day one.
