Job Description:

Contentizer is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team in Atlanta, GA. In this role, you will serve as a primary point of contact for customers, providing friendly and professional assistance with service inquiries, delivery updates, scheduling, and general account support. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure customer requests are handled accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and other communication channels
• Provide accurate information regarding deliveries, services, scheduling, and customer requests
• Assist customers with tracking information and delivery updates
• Communicate with internal teams to coordinate customer needs and resolve service issues

Requirements:

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
