Customer Service Representative

Job Overview: Provides efficient responses to inquiries and complaints on post-sales support and services.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s College Degree in any field but preferably IT-related course
• With at least one (1) year experience in Customer Service; experience addressing concerns about UPS maintenance and technical support is an advantage
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Has the ability to handle challenging customer situations
• Able to work under pressure
• Knowledge in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems is an advantage
• Okay with shifting/rotational schedule and onsite working arrangement
