Customer Service Representative

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Call and engage clients through phone conversations.
• Communicate clearly and confidently to present company offerings.
• Carry professional conversations and maintain client interest.
• Document client interactions and update records accurately.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Business Communication or related course.
• Open to fresh graduates; at least 1 year of BPO or sales experience is an advantage.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Ability to carry conversations and build rapport over the phone.
• Customer service orientation and willingness to learn.
