We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team**.**

The CSR will be responsible for handling clients inquiries, providing timely shipments updates, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth logistics operations. This role includes monitoring shipments, resolving customer concerns, verifying documentation, and maintaining accurate records while ensuring compliance with company policies and trade regulations.

The CSR will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service and building strong client relationships.
