ASMPT is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support customers across the Americas. This role is responsible for processing orders, generating quotations, managing backorders, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare spare parts quotations and process orders.
• Manage backorders and customer inquiries.
• Create service contracts and service-related transactions.
• Handle return authorizations (RGAs) and credit memos.
• Support accounts receivable issue resolution.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• 5+ years of customer service experience.
• ERP experience (SAP preferred).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Compensation & Benefits

• Monthly gross salary: MXN $22,000
• 30 days Christmas bonus (Aguinaldo)
