Qualifications

• College Graduate with at least 6 months of BPO experience, OR
• Senior High School Graduate/College Undergraduate with at least 1 year of BPO experience
• Strong customer service orientation
• Good English communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledgeable in MS Office applications and internet browsing
• Willing to work onsite in Bohol
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
