Role Overview:

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Customer Service Representative to work on a contract basis. This role involves handling customer inquiries and resolving issues to ensure high satisfaction levels. The position requires direct interaction with clients to provide timely and accurate responses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person to address product or service questions.

• Process orders, returns, exchanges, and refunds accurately and efficiently.

• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and follow-ups in the system.

• Identify and escalate customer concerns to appropriate departments when necessary.

• Provide product or service recommendations based on customer needs and preferences.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in using customer service software and tools for tracking interactions.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with customers.

• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Basic understanding of the company’s products or services to provide accurate information.

• Customer service experience in a retail or service-oriented environment is preferred.
