MH5 Pty Ltd, a proud Franchisee of Hertz Australia, is looking for a Casual Customer Service Representative to join our Bundaberg team.

About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will help make each customer’s rental experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming customers and assisting with their rental needs.
• Managing bookings, vehicle collections and returns.
• Completing rental transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Discussing available vehicle options, upgrades and protection products.
• Checking vehicles before and after rental.
• Answering customer enquiries in person and over the phone.
• Driving and relocating vehicles when required.
• Assisting with vehicle presentation and general branch operations.
• Working together with the team to keep the branch running smoothly.
• Our Bundaberg location services the airport, so this is a varied role with hours based on operational and customer requirements.

As a casual employee, hours will vary and you will work across a rotating roster, which may include weekend shifts.

About You

We are looking for someone who:

• Enjoys helping people and providing great customer service.
• Has a positive, friendly and proactive attitude.
• Communicates confidently and works well with others.
• Is organised and comfortable managing several tasks at once.
• Can work independently as well as part of a team.
• Is comfortable using computers and learning new systems.
• Holds a full and current Australian Driver Licence.
• Is reliable and able to commit to agreed rostered shifts.

Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail or sales would be highly regarded, but previous rental car experience is not essential.

Full training will be provided.
