About the role

This is a secure, full-time Monday to Friday position, ideal for someone who enjoys customer service and being part of a hands-on team.

Working across both the trade counter and warehouse, you'll assist customers, process orders, manage stock and develop your knowledge of the HVAC&R industry.

No industry experience? No problem. If you have a positive attitude and willingness to learn, we'll provide the training and support you need.

Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will:

• Provide exceptional customer service and sales support
• Build strong relationships with customers
• Process, pick, pack and dispatch orders
• Assist with stock control and inventory management
• Load and unload deliveries
• Operate a forklift (training provided if required)
• Maintain a safe and organised workplace

About you

You'll be someone who enjoys helping customers and getting involved wherever needed.

Ideally, you'll have:

• Customer service, retail, warehouse or trade experience
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A hands-on approach and strong work ethic
• Good attention to detail
• Forklift licence or willingness to obtain one (company funded)
• Commitment to safety and teamwork
