Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to client inquiries via email, chat, phone calls, and text messages.
• Process, confirm, modify, and cancel client bookings accurately using our booking system.
• Provide clients with complete and up-to-date information regarding services, availability, pricing, and policies.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth scheduling and service delivery.
• Handle customer concerns, complaints, and special requests in a professional and timely manner.
• Follow up with clients as needed to ensure satisfaction and completion of bookings.
• Assist in administrative tasks related to bookings, reporting, and documentation.
• Support other operational or customer service-related tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in customer service, booking, or a similar role is an advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in using email platforms, messaging tools, and basic office software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple client interactions simultaneously.
• Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• High level of attention to detail, professionalism, and reliability.

Work Arrangement:

• 5 working days and 2 days off
• Full Time and Onsite
