Customer Service Representative

Qualifications:

• Must possess at least a bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience.
• At least 6 months working experience in customer service and client relationship management.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Must be willing to report full onsite in Makati (Shifting Schedule)

Responsibilities:

• Provides customer support by addressing product and service inquiries, requests, and concerns.
  -Resolves customer issues by identifying root causes and providing appropriate solutions and follow-ups.
  -Maintains high levels of customer satisfaction through professional, friendly, and positive communication.
  -Documents customer concerns and updates information accurately in company systems.
• Handles responsibilities independently with minimal supervision while meeting department goals and service levels.
  -Collaborates with team members and other departments to resolve issues and improve processes.
  -Ensures confidentiality of customer information and proper use and maintenance of company hardware and software.
