Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
• Provide accurate information about heating oil deliveries, HVAC services, and other company offerings to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions, orders, and service transactions.
• Collaborate with team members to continuously improve service delivery and internal processes.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while delivering a positive customer experience.
• Demonstrate professional phone etiquette and communication skills at all times.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service or call center environment is preferred.
• Industry knowledge or experience in heating oil or HVAC services is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess situations quickly and effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm and productive under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Dedicated to delivering high-quality client service and support.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
