What You'll Do

• Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Answer questions about AT&T Fiber products and services
• Help customers identify solutions that fit their internet and connectivity needs
• Build positive relationships and provide exceptional customer experiences
• Maintain product knowledge and stay informed on current promotions
• Meet individual and team performance goals
