Our CSRs are an important part of our hospital. You will often be the first and last person our clients interact with, so we are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people, loves animals, communicates well, and can stay calm and organized in a busy environment.

If you are someone who takes pride in providing excellent customer service, enjoys working as part of a team, and wants to make a difference in the lives of pets and their families, we would love to meet you!

  • Accurately enter and update client and patient information
  • Maintain organized and accurate medical records
  • Prepare estimates and treatment plans as directed by the veterinary team
  • Review charges and collect payments accurately
  • Process prescription and medication requests

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable discussing services, estimates, and payments with clients
  • Ability to learn veterinary terminology and hospital procedures
  • Comfortable learning and using computer and veterinary practice management software
  • Reliable and dependable
  • Ability to work independently while also functioning well as part of a team
  • Ability to remain calm and professional during difficult or emotional situations
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred

The Right Person for Our Team

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is willing to learn and accepts feedback
  • Communicates clearly and respectfully
  • Pays attention to details
  • Is comfortable in a busy environment
  • Treats clients, patients, and coworkers with respect
  • Understands that excellent client service is just as important as excellent patient care
  • Is willing to jump in and help wherever needed

Veterinary experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person who has strong customer service skills and a great attitude.

Physical & Work Environment

This is an active veterinary hospital environment. The position requires the ability to sit and stand for extended periods, move throughout the hospital, and occasionally assist with animals or hospital tasks.
