Customer Service Representative

First People Promotions is hiring a full-time Customer Service Representative to join our growing Verizon team. This entry-level opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, building professional skills, and creating positive customer experiences. As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll combine sales, customer engagement, and service skills while introducing customers to Verizon’s mobile solutions.

In this role, you’ll interact directly with customers, learn about their communication preferences, and provide clear information about Verizon smartphones, wireless plans, data options, and available services. Through consistent engagement and personalized sales conversations, you’ll help customers compare options, understand product benefits, and make informed decisions.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities

• Drive customer engagement through professional, face-to-face conversations about Verizon wireless products, smartphones, plans, and services.
• Support sales activities by presenting Verizon solutions and explaining available features, benefits, and plan options.
• Build strong customer relationships through consistent engagement, active listening, and responsive service.
• Identify opportunities for sales by matching customers with smartphones, rate plans, data services, and upgrades that align with their preferences.
• Deliver a positive customer experience by combining knowledgeable service, clear communication, and meaningful engagement.
• Participate in daily sales and customer engagement initiatives while working toward individual and team performance goals.

Customer Service Representative Qualifications

• Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach to engagement.
• Comfortable learning new products, wireless technology, sales techniques, and service processes.
• Reliable, motivated, adaptable, and willing to develop professionally.

Pay: $52,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
