Customer Service Representative

Tenure: Full-Time, Temp-to-Term

Location: 10 Smed Ln, Unit 150, Calgary, AB T2C 4T5

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Start Date: ASAP

Pay: $22.50/hour

Responsibilities

• Handle approximately 30 inbound customer calls per day , providing professional and customer-focused support.
• Assist with sales support and customer order processing , including entering and processing orders in the system.
• Answer customer questions, provide product/service information, and resolve inquiries efficiently.
• Work comfortably with a headset while entering information into the system simultaneously .
• Maintain accurate customer and order information with strong attention to detail.
• Communicate effectively with customers and work collaboratively within a small team of two.

Requirements

• Strong computer, email, typing, and data-entry skills .
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Pleasant, professional, and customer-focused approach.
• Reliable, punctual, and strong attendance record.
• Comfortable working independently in a small-team environment.
• Previous customer service, inside sales, or order-processing experience is an asset.
