About the Role

Waterco and Davey are leading brands in the water and water treatment industry, providing quality products and solutions across New Zealand and international markets.

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Auckland team. You will manage customer enquiries and orders, build strong relationships, resolve issues and work closely with Sales, Warehouse and Logistics to deliver excellent customer service.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner
• Processing customer orders and ensuring accurate and efficient order entry
• Providing customers with product, pricing, availability and delivery information
• Following up orders, backorders and deliveries
• Assisting with customer enquiries and complaints and resolving issues promptly
• Liaising with Sales, Warehouse, Logistics and other internal teams to coordinate customer requirements
• Maintaining accurate customer and order information in Epicor ERP
• Using Epicor ERP to process and monitor customer orders, check product availability and assist with order and inventory enquiries
• Preparing quotations and assisting customers with product enquiries where required
• Following up outstanding customer requests and ensuring enquiries are resolved
• Supporting the wider Customer Service team during busy periods
• Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers and internal stakeholders

About You

We are looking for someone who is customer-focused, organised and confident communicating with people.

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

• Previous experience in customer service, administration, sales support or a similar role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A professional and friendly approach when dealing with customers
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good organisational and time management skills
• The ability to manage multiple enquiries and priorities in a busy environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to take ownership of customer issues
• Good computer skills and confidence using Microsoft Office and ERP systems
• Experience using Epicor ERP would be highly regarded
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team
• A positive, proactive and reliable attitude

Experience in a manufacturing, distribution, wholesale, plumbing, pool or water treatment environment would be advantageous, but is not essential.
