Customer Service Representative

Work in a fast paced retail sales environment. Queen City Med Mart is hiring inside sales representatives for their Cincinnati location. We are looking for punctual, warm, and highly motivated sales associates. Experience in a medical environment, with medical equipment, or supplies is a major plus. Help our local baby boomers and elderly be more independent through medical supplies and equipment. We are the Tri-State's leader in retail medical sales with tons of room for advancement. Job duties/requirements:

• Assist customers with finding the best equipment solutions while portraying a positive attitude towards customers and co-workers.

• Complete intake process for prescriptions for medical equipment.

• Be flexible, able to multi-task and prioritize

• Possess listening skills and empathy towards customers during sales interactions.

• Able to problem solve

• Communicate effectively in oral and written correspondence

• Identifies and pursues opportunities for improvements

• Provides support to customers to answer questions/concerns

• Maintains confidentiality of all information as stipulated due to HIPAA Privacy Rules

• Maintain knowledge of current government and insurance policiesGreat commission
