Risinger Insurance Agency, a locally owned and family-operated agency serving the community for over 70 years, is looking for a customer service representative to join our growing team. Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by answering client questions and addressing policy needs
• Process policy updates, billing, and payments accurately and efficiently
• Assist clients with claims reporting and follow-up to ensure a smooth experience
• Support agency producers with quoting, documentation, and administrative tasks
• Deliver a professional and positive client experience with every interaction

Qualifications

• Previous customer service and insurance experience is a plus
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Team-oriented mindset and self motivated.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to adapt to new systems quickly

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00 - $34.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
