Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media
• Resolve product or service complaints promptly and professionally
• Process orders, forms, applications, and requests
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Provide product and service information to customers
• Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
• Work collaboratively with other departments to resolve issues

Requirements:

• Minimum of OND in any related field
• Proven customer support experience is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office, CRM systems)
• Positive attitude and problem-solving skills
