Customer Service Representative

About the role

To support smooth customer order fulfilment across APAC by handling quotations, order follow-up, delivery coordination, customer communication, and basic operational support. The role works closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and logistics partners to ensure accurate information, timely response, and a positive customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and send customer quotations based on valid pricing and product information
• Follow up open quotations and support Sales in converting opportunities into orders
• Process and monitor customer orders, including delivery status, changes, delays, and customer updates
• Coordinate with regional distribution center to support timely delivery
• Support billing, payment follow-up, and AR clarification together with Finance and Sales
• Respond to customer and Sales inquiries on order status, stock availability, shipment, invoice, and payment topics
• Collect customer feedback and escalate issues when cross-functional support is required
• Maintain accurate customer, quotation, order, and CRM/ERP data
• Follow internal processes and company policies for quotation, order handling, billing support, and customer data management
• Escalate process gaps, data issues, or service risks to the supervisor or relevant APAC function team

About you

• College diploma or bachelor's degree preferred
• 2–3 years of experience in customer service, sales operations, order management, or supply chain support
• Experience with ERP/CRM systems; SAP experience is an advantage
• Good command of English; additional APAC local language capability is a plus
• Good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills
• Customer-oriented, detail-minded, and able to work in a fast-paced regional environment
