YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handling incoming customer calls
• Answering customer questions and providing support
• Handling and responding to emails
• Communicating with customers and potential clients
• Supporting online advertising activities
• Managing and maintaining our social media channels
• Building positive and professional relationships with customers

YOUR PROFILE

• Friendly, reliable and professional communication
• Enjoy working with people and communicating with customers
• Strong sales skills and a confident personality
• Independent and reliable way of working
• Good communication skills
• Additional languages are an advantage, but not a requirement

The initial place of work will be in the Philippines. After 12 months of successful employment, there is a genuine possibility of an internal transfer to Europe or Switzerland, depending on performance, qualifications, suitability and the applicable legal and work permit requirements.
