Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

The Telemarketing Representative serves as a primary point of contact for customers in receiving, processing, and coordinating customer orders. The position ensures that orders are accurately captured, customer requirements are properly addressed, and concerns are coordinated with the appropriate departments.

Beyond order-taking, the Telemarketing Representative is expected to contribute to sales growth by proactively identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Dunsk Kuhner products based on customer needs, purchasing history, product availability, promotions, and current product offerings.

The role combines customer service, order management, sales support, and relationship building to provide customers with a convenient and positive buying experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or any related course.
• With experience in telemarketing, customer service, sales support, or related work is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.
