Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our Company. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing timely assistance with shipment inquiries, delivery updates, order concerns, and service-related requests.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and messages regarding shipment and delivery concerns.
• Provide accurate information on shipment status, delivery schedules, tracking updates, and service availability.
• Address customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department and ensure timely follow-up until resolution.
• Accurately document all customer interactions, concerns, and resolutions in the company's system.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction while meeting service quality and productivity standards.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience handling logistics, courier, freight, or supply chain customer concerns.
• Knowledge of shipment tracking systems and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
• Strong attention to detail and customer-focused mindset.
