Customer Service Representative

About the role

Join our team at Rodenstock Australia as a full-time Customer Service Representative based in our Silverwater, NSW office. In this key client-facing role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our valued customers.

What you'll be doing

• Handle incoming customer inquiries and orders via phone, email, and chat in a professional and friendly manner
• Process customer orders and returns in a timely and accurate manner
• Maintain detailed records and documentation of all customer interactions
• Provide product information and recommendations to customers
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members for resolution
• Assist with other administrative tasks as required to support the overall operations of the business

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a customer service or client-facing role, ideally within the retail or wholesale industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
• Proficient in using computer systems and software, including CRM and order management tools
• A proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving
• A friendly, professional and customer-focused attitude
