Customer Service Representative

This is an administrative, team focused, customer service and support role that is great for someone looking to set roots in a long term career. This position is full time and requires normal working hours of Monday-Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Aviation parts experience is a plus. Must have computer skills and Microsoft Office skills.

• Manage all administrative and sales support tasks
• Research pricing from multiple vendors for lowest cost
• Answer request for quotes from new and current customers
• Issue invoices to customers
• Manage back orders and assist in placing vendor orders
• Act as a mediator between the company and the customer to discuss the issues the customer has and work quickly to resolve the
• Find sales opportunities, research new customer demographics and generate sales leads
• Maintain an orderly filing system

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $19.00 per hour
