As a highly motivated and passionate Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible to help onboard new customers, answer support inquiries from existing customers and conduct product demonstrations. Each customer brings a unique situation to the table, so every day will be a fresh new challenge.

Required Key Competencies:

• Basic knowledge of employment standard laws, payroll and general accounting principles.
• Experience using payroll, HR, or workforce management software platforms.
• Excellent written, verbal and listening communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Sharp attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Answering e-mail and telephone support inquiries.
• Onboarding new customers and conducting application orientation.
• Conducting live product demonstrations.
• Documenting all customer communications.
• Assisting in updating and maintaining documentation and FAQs.
