Job Overview
As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with inquiries, purchases, and issue resolution while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers in a courteous and friendly manner
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using a Point of Sale (POS) system
• Demonstrate product features and conduct product demonstrations
• Provide information about products, services, and promotions
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
• Upsell additional products or services to meet customer needs
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Skills

• Proficiency in retail math and basic math skills
• Experience with cash handling and POS systems
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle various customer personalities
• Knowledge of sales techniques and upselling strategies
• Ability to supervise or lead a team is a plus
• Familiarity with retail sales processes
• Capability to conduct product demos effectively
