Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a motivated and dependable Customer Service Representative to join our team. This entry-level position is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-focused mindset. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for assisting customers over the phone with account-related needs, payment processing, loan applications, and general account inquiries.

This is a full time position. Monday thru Friday 8:30am-5:00pm

Key Reponsibilities:

• Answer incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
• Assist customers with payment processing and account payments
• Guide customers through loan application processes and answer related questions
• Respond to general account inquiries and provide accurate information
• Handle cash payment transactions without discrepancies
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
• Perform basic data entry and navigate computer systems efficiently
• Provide excellent customer service while resolving customer concerns

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency with common office systems
• Ability to handle money accurately and resolve discrepancies responsibly
• Strong verbal communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and maintain professionalism

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous customer service, cash handling, or call center experence preferred but not required
• Bilingual skills are a plus but not required

Compensation:

• This is an entry-level position. Compensation will be based on experience and qualifications, with pay varying accordingly.
